I didn't get 2 place am order because they got an order for 100 pizzas so it was gonna be awhile & I wasn't gonna go back on this windy night

BEWARE, this location charges $6.49 delivery “fee” that does not go to the driver. Absolutely ridiculous. No, I didn’t order and will not.

Would give more if anyone there would answer the phone.

Don't buy sauce packs from them for delivery. They will always steal it from you. Have fun waiting 20 minutes on hold for customer service and then giving up

It said my order was ready & when I went to pick it up they said it wasn’t. I wasn’t in a rush. However, when I got home it was all doughy & not completely cooked. I used to like this place better but the quality it had before isn’t there anymore.

i paid $40 and got nothing delivered. i placed the order very late and wanted to see if they would be willing to deliver. the manager called me and said they do still deliver but it would be and hour and more to get it to me. i said yes, she asked if i was sure and i when i said yes again she hung up on me. almost two hours have passed and my order was marked as delivered when i was given nothing. gross.

The guy that usually works the front who has the eyebrow piercing he's such a sweet person he's so helpful & he helped when I didn't know what it was that the kids were asking for but I know that they wanted something that had pineapple on it he told me it was a Hawaiian pizza* mind you I'm born & raised Chicago so therefore I do not believe pineapple belongs on pizza. but kids now they having a wide range of taste* so this is great for them* I still will stick to the traditional hot wings cheese sausage beacon & jalapeno pizza* love ya guys 💞

Wrong order, waited on hold for 40 minutes, no one answered

I ordered pizza twice from there when it was about half price. I enjoyed it for the price / performance.
