I wish I could give a zero! They took zero responsibility for packing the to go food. I was missing items and they just passed the buck. Very frustrating when the store could careless that one kid didn’t get their meal!
Worst sandwich i have ever tasted had to throw away. Lemonade tasted like dirty water. Chips were nice but overall waste of 15.00 bucks
The woman in the kitchen kept yelling at the man trying to get the food out/clerk doing his best.
My online order was over 10 minutes late.
Were they in a bad mood today? The young customer service lady became unpleasant when I asked to put two pastries on the same plate. Is it too much work?
Anyway, the coffee was burnt, so I switched to hazelnut coffee, which was cold. The pastries were delicious.
It is amazing place for business meetings and just a rest, there is a cozy, pleasant atmosphere! I recommend this place to everyone !
Do not be fooled by the fake reviews on here. This location has gone downhill. On previous visits the orders have been a little off. The flavor has been bland and portions meager. There are staff working the drive thru that can not correctly input your order so you have to drive up and tell another person how you want a sandwich made. After all that, the sandwich is missing from the bag! and a grilled cheese is made incorrectly. A grilled cheese! Two slices of bread and cheese. How do you mess that up! Nobody asked for some Jalapeno ranch sauce on it. Do not recommend.
This is a busy location but the employees are friendly and very helpful. We like to go by for lunch when we want something healthy but filling.
1. it's so COLD, they're wasting money over-chilling it.
2. They have a HOMELESS POPULATION, and the moronic MANAGER "CARMEN" began to FALSELY ACCUSE THEIR LEGIT CUSTOMERS of "stealing drinks" and CALLING COPS TO EJECT REAL CUSTOMERS WHOM SHE STUPIDLY CONFUSED AS BEING HOMELESS THIEVES. Horrible interpersonal skills = Carmen.
I've never heard anyone complain "It's so warm in here," but I've heard SEVERAL TIMES PER DAY that it even made other customers' food cold too fast, that they're shivering & didn't think to carry a jacket in the summer, and people saying they're AFRAID to order a cold drink, etc. For the high prices and small portions, it's not worth the discomfort. The sip club is sorta good and would be better if they charged more but allowed one latte/mocha/other specialty blend per day.
To even sit there an hour to eat is PAINFUL due to the over-chill, but the location is by entertainment places we love -- they would save utility bills AND not alienate what I'd guess is 80% of their potential customers (going by the fact that in parties where they aren't exclaiming to each other that they're shivering, in other parties & the "singles who aren't with a dining partner to verbally express it to," you can SEE several more parties who say nothing but are visibly clutching themselves or shivering or ordering the HOT drinks LOL).
