Service was non-existent meaning the line was out the door and there was only one cashier with two managers standing around behind the cashier. Not sure why nobody was using the little kiosks so I did. Super weird how you are expected to go down a little hallway and everybody stare at a TV screen waiting for your name to be called. The sandwiches were both good and the restaurant was clean.
They never have online orders ready. Cashiers and food prep never have a sense of urgency to get things moving. This is the only Panera in Sacramento I feel that lags on service. It’s like do I have to place my order an hour ahead. Tragic.
Always the same experience, love this place and the chill vibe
What happened to the first pizza?
I don't think they wash their hands and I'm pretty sure I saw some of them from l.a.
Prices are jacked up, and quality and portion size came down. Very disappointed.
They took away the lemon drop cookie 😤
Food was fresh and prepared like they care about their product 🫡
One of the best run Paneras in Northern California. Right off 99, and it shows. Iced coffee available right up until close usually - like it should be!
Full range of creams and milk for coffee, even late in the day.
Only suggestion would be to bring back gran-and-go cups. But it's Elk Grove - I get it.
Don't change Elk Grove Panera. This is the store I tell other franchises about, when they try to get me to accept mediocre quality.
Very dirty. Food takes forever. Fed four kids for almost $50. They ran out of focaccia for the sandwiches and it wasn’t even dinner time yet. Too bad. We used to like Panera but guess we’re done.
