Great service, always good food
Never been before and tried to get menu online. Couldn't get one. Had to find location, that wouldn't work either. So no idea of what they serve. Gave it a try. Bowl option tasted okay. The plate option chose vegetable mix for base. However, 98% broccoli and 2 pieces of a white stem so hard it could not be cut, speared with fork or chewed. 2% pieces of cabbage (which I ate). The bowl of vegetables looked more mixed in the case. Too much undercooked broccoli served. Not impressed. Pepper Chicken was good, but Orange chicken dry and had sat a while. Gave a 3 rating for the 3 out of 5 items that tasted good. Service only a 2.
This was my first experience at a Panda Express and it was less than average so far as Asian food goes. I let the employee know I was a first-time customer and was hoping for some hospitality and boy was I let down. I ordered the super greens and fried rice with two entrees and am glad I didn't go with all greens because the broccoli was so tough I couldn't even chew it .Raw broccoli would have been more tender than what they served me. The teriyaki chicken was good as well as the orange chicken but customer service doesn't seem to matter much here. If you are going to stop at this store and are a first-time customer, if you are going to dine in, don't forget to get a tray where you first order at because I was not made aware of that and got through to the cashier and told her it was for dine in and asked for a tray and she never mentioned to me to get one from the front or offer to get one for me and she watced me just struggle trying to carry our food (dinner for 3) to a table. Good luck!
Got in line at 5:30pm on a Friday, expecting a bit of a rush. It was so backed up that we waited for awhile, which isn't a big deal. We even felt bad for the employees until half our order could not be completed because there were only 2 cooks on the line, yet 6 workers at the front? So at 6pm we finally paid but our food was not ready. The register girl proceeded to keep my card behind the table and told me to wait when I asked for it back. Another employee got it for me. We then stood for 10 minutes watching the two things we were waiting for being given to other customers. I still feel bad for the employees that helped us, but wow! This location might need better management.
I'm actually a Doordash driver and I came here, and noticed how busy they were. So the next day I decided to try them out, and brought my boyfriend along. He loved the firecracker shrimp! And I loved the Fortune cookies! Vegetarian options: Lots of rice and different vegetables and noodles Dietary restrictions: Those who are vegetarian or can only eat certain things lots of options Parking: About 20-30 spots Kid-friendliness: Plenty of chairs for kids. Wheelchair accessibility: They have tables for handicapped customers
Today I bought family meal from panda. They introduced fire cracker shrimp. We usually buy kung pao and black pepper chicken. Since there is no kung pao chicken we opted for fire cracker shrimp. To be honest the taste is kind of ok. The black pepper chicken was YUCK to the core. Waste of $39.99 with family meal.
