Food is very good, including the traditional Australian chocolate Tim Tam cookies dessert! Usually, the restaurant is not too busy for lunch time on weekends and the restaurant looks always clean. The parking lot is big and free. The children's menu is very good and affordable.
Wonderful service for our birthday party. Food and drinks were excellent as was the service. Thank you for being great hosts!
Everything was outstanding! Would've been perfect if the music was turned down a bit!
This was horrendous. Ordered curbside (no option for take out). Received a message the order was ready and instructions for what to do upon arrival. Parked in the designated spot, did those things and waited. Did those things again and waited. An EatStreet or Ubereats driver asked me if I was waiting for a Togo order, and explained that they don’t do that, pointed to the curbside sign, and that we have to go in. I went in. There was a computer and counter area for curbside orders with an abandoned printer and a pile of tickets. I peeled around, saw my order on a table that was essentially in the kitchen. Told an employee I was going to grab it she said wait, I said no, I’m done waiting, and walked toward the bag. A very angry seeming supervisor who seemed like she’d be awful to work for gave me a one minute finger gesture. I shook my head and took my food. A very nice younger woman apologized to me on my way out and said they don’t do curbside anymore. I mentioned the text and email instructions, she said I know. Ok. So aside from that the hall back to the kitchen and Togo order table were dirty af. The food, which was a hour old after all this was terrible. Soaked in grease. Again probably because it was an hour old. I understand being short staffed, a lot of us are living that everyday. Also, change the text /email instructions. Put up a sign and clean. Also don’t be a jerk. Being short staffed can also be caused by management’s treatment of employees. The employees seemed awesome here, like they were really doing their best in the circumstances. That one in charge seemed just terrible. Update: I received a slightly off-putting email from the restaurant making some assumptions about my age, marital status, and gender, and offering to send me a gift card. For some dumb reason I shared my info with them and have not received anything.
Ate at outback, East town, Madison. The place is falling apart. Booth we sat in was broken away from the wall, very unstable. I utilized the rest room inadvertently loosing my cloth napkin on the way. Looked but could not find. I asked for a replacement, was told I’d be given paper napkin, ok moments later I received a pile of bar napkins? The hostess was dressed like she was going to attend a casual bonfire. Food was ok, service was just ok, not the outback we’re accustomed to.
