Food is way too expensive and does not merit the service. Bad quality chicken and steak.

We went there for my birthday. Food is always delicious. Bread is perfect.

What an absolute waste of time and money. The service was horrible and the food went along with the service. I would definitely save yourself time and headaches and go someplace else to eat.

9/16/24 went to OB for first time in two or three years just because we received gift cards, same old thing food is terrible, stakes are way over seasoned and the shrimp was over cooked tough and chewy, anyway we were seated, they were not busy at all, after five min or so a family was seated next to us, 10 to 12 min later they took our order first and then the family's next to us, the family got their food 10/15 min later we waited another 10 min, I asked about our food, the waitress said she had other orders before ours, I pointed out to her that we ordered before the family next to us, she tried to tell me that they were her first and ordered first, I told her no, I was drinking my beer when they were seated and that we ordered first, she said she wasn't going to argue with me, I said ok fine, finally 10 min later we got our food, my wife only got half of her order and that they were still cooking her shrimp, 10 min later they brought it out and it was like rubber. This is why we don't go to OB, food and service is terrible.

Food wasn’t much. You expect a great steak at a steak house. Service was okay. And the restaurant looks like it needs some updating, redecorating. Not worth the cost

Absolutely horrible service. Waitress checked on us once and I asked for the bill and a box and she said “yeah yeah yeah”. There was hair in the food, was taken back and “fixed” I never got my side dish but still charged in full with no discounts at all. Management clearly sucks(manager was the one who we talked to and dealt with the food issue yet no money off the bill whatsoever.

First steak 🥩 was awful looking and not cooked properly. They replaced the steak with a great steak, however it took them so long to bring out the second steak that everyone else was already finished. And everything else on my plate was cold. The restaurant was almost empty and it still took at least 40 minutes for my steak to arrive. Going back to Texas Roadhouse next time. I never had a problem there. Too bad, I used to love outback. Now it's not worth anything.
