Ottoburger is the original pasture-to-plate burger shop. Its setting is a 1930's impeccably renovated brick building in Hopewell, NJ. Ottoburger operates as a Pop-Up counter service restaurant at Hopewell Fare. All ingredients in our burgers are sourced from our own farm and a small radius of surrounding farms. Our meat is 100% pasture-raised. Our bread, condiments and sauces are made in house. We are open
