Osteria La Civetta is a celebration of Italian food, wine and hospitality, combined with fresh and local ingredients. The inspiration for La Civetta (The Little Owl) comes from our own life experiences at the tables of family, friends and Osterie of Emilia Romagna. With its Capital, Bologna, the Region is the birthplace of some of the most celebrated ingredients of Italian cuisine worldwide, such as Prosciutto, Mortadella, Aceto Balsamico and Parmigiano Reggiano.
