Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Really active , and patient service. Brady was exceptional was at our service at all times. They apologized for not having a table ready but got to work to give us the best service. Food was on point and very savory.

This is the worst Olive Garden in the valley. I have been going to Olive Garden twice a week for 6 years, always picking up Togo orders and this location has the worst customer service, always gives me trouble over requests I make, always takes forever to answer the phone, and forgets things I order. I’m at the point where I go to Olive Garden way less because I know I will always walk away from the experience furious at the incompetence of the employees. I miss living in Tempe for the Olive Garden experience. (My requests are always reasonable and I always tip even though I’m picking up to go)

I got Chicken Parmigiana today, which I have ordered several times before. Today, the chef melted the slices of cheese on top of the spaghetti instead of on top of the chicken. I was bewildered and disappointed. Picture this: two breaded chicken patties covered in spaghetti sauce, and off to the side, a pile of spaghetti noodles with two slices of cheese melted on it. It was bizarre and reminded me of a school lunch or something. I would not eat here if I had not been given a gift card.

Always a favorite! Warm and friendly service. We especially enjoy the soup and bread sticks!

Was a wonderful after church meal with my sister. The food was delicious & we were able to relax & have a good meal with no cooking or clean up chores.
