Vendors beware. These guys don't pay their bills! They owe me over 3k and will not even answer the phone now.

The guy working today should take lessons on customer service. I walked in and was waiting at the online order pickup spot and he did not once acknowledge me; but helped 5 people that walked in to place their order. The food is great as always; just the three stars for his poor customer service. He even looked at me as he walked into the back. The girl was nice who saw me waiting and was friendly.

This is by far the worst chicken katsu I have ever had. Chicken is over cooked and tough. The katsu sauce is just ketchup. It’s bad.. really bad

Food was cooked to perfection by Taliya, she is extremely hard worker. She provided exceptional customer service.

Literally couldn’t have had a better quick bite to eat experience! I’m vegetarian and Giana recommended the spicy tofu in my bowl! She was such a gem and so helpful!!!! Will definitely be returning in the future!

First time visitor and definitely recommend the teriyaki steak. Bryan, our cashier, was an absolute rockstar and was very courteous throughout our experience! Very great, clean environment in the lobby and definitely will be returning.

went in a couple of weeks ago and was serviced quickly by a friendly staff! they got out the food quickly and i was able to have some great small talk with the workers, Taliya and Marcie. Overall, the quality of the meat prepared was great and I enjoyed the experience
