NYC Vegan is a 100% plant-based Take-out and Delivery outlet serving great tasting food with an international influence. Executive Chef/Owner Kai Oginga creates dishes that draw on his experience from growing up in St. Lucia and his love for Ethiopian, Indian, Italian and Mediterranean cuisine to name a few.
