I enjoyed my visit. The latte was foamy and hot. The service was friendly. The seating was fine. I wonder if one could sit in the adjacent lobby -- the sofa seats there looked very cushy. Great quick coffee stop for me. Parking: Plenty of street parking around 8:30 am. Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair ramp right in front of the entrance. The entrance and area in the cafe are rather tight -- but I believe can be navigated.

The coffee was very good and well crafted. The staff was friendly and the environment was welcoming. They had dairy free and sugar free options which is always a plus. Good place to study or do work but not very cozy. I would visit them again. Great place. Very friendly staff. Delicious snacks that are not what you find everywhere. Asked for an extra hot chai, got an extra hot chai. Yay. If it was closer to my house, it would be my regular place.

I've never had such a bad experience as an influencer on social media who try different coffee shops and rate them. The employee named Justin "Joe" was so rude and unprofessional when he came to me with a high tone and said "you have to take a permission when you take a picture" although no one was showing on the picture. This is so disappointing and frustrating.

I’ve had a bad experience when I was trying to take a picture of my coffee. The employee whos name is Justin or “Joe” because I’ve heard someone named him different was SO rude and impolite. He wasn’t the one who took our order because the lady was so sweet. He came to me and said you have to take a permission when you take a picture “we are human” although no one was showing on the picture. This is absolutely racism because we are not from here.

Best chai tea latte I’ve ever had I whould go back just for that. Also great atmosphere
