These waffles are naturally gluten free and made-to-order. They come out hot, crispy, cheesy, gooey & totally delicious!Spicy Herb contains Rosemary, Jalapeno, and Roasted Red Peppers.

Delícia is a balanced and appealing medium-roast coffee, with notes of chocolate and nuts.Through our new “Nossa Cares” giveback program, for each purchase of Delícia coffee we'll donate to a local organization providing food and care to those in need. Our first recipient for the Nossa Cares coffee is p:ear, a nonprofit located in downtown Portland dedicated to creatively mentoring homeless youth. Since the start of the COVID-19 crisis, they have served thousands of meals to the Portland homeless community, and are currently serving over 400 people everyday. Through Nossa Cares, we'll work with p:ear to make sure that those meals include a cup of coffee.Tasting notes: Literally translating to “delicious,” Delícia is a balanced and appealing medium-roast coffee that is sweet, chocolaty and nutty. We use beans from our family's farm in the Cerrado Region of Brazil, known for fuller-bodied coffees with a higher degree of sweetness and lower acidity.

Named after Grandmother Augusta, this coffee embodies the characteristics of being inviting, nurturing, and warm. It's a Certified Organic, single-origin coffee from the Union y Fe Cooperative in Peru. This coffee is ideal as drip or press pot; it also makes a balanced, organic espresso and is delicious iced.Tasting Notes: Bright and balanced with a brown sugar sweetness.

Named after Grandfather Ernesto, this is a well-rounded and balanced medium roast sourced from our family farms in Brazil.Tasting notes: Medium roast, balanced and low acidity. Chocolaty and nutty with a smooth, honey finish.

Teodoro’s is one of our most popular coffees — a real "crowd pleaser," working well as a black coffee or with a touch of cream and sugar. It excels when prepared via drip or press pot.Tasting Notes: A single-origin Brazilian coffee, Teodor's is a full-bodied, medium-dark roasted coffee, with flavors of cocoa and roasted nuts. Caramely qualities, notes of woody spice and hints of almond.

This coffee is named after Camila, the daughter of the founder of Nossa Familia, and it takes after her in its sweet and feisty character. The beans come to us from a Certified Organic cooperative in Peru called Union y Fe.Tasting notes: A medium-dark organic roast. Rich chocolate body with sweet & floral undertones.

Taking after its namesake, Great-Grandmother Mathilde, this coffee is bold, strong and full of life. Mathilde's is our darkest roast, without presenting oily or burnt.Tasting notes: A dark & rich French roast. Roasty, bold, dark chocolate body with a smoky & smooth finish.

Our Decaf beans are sourced directly from our family farms in Brazil. The coffee is decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process — a clean, natural, and 100% chemical-free process for removing caffeine.Tasting Notes: Smooth, balanced body with hints of dark chocolate & stone fruit, with a lingering sweetness.
