Great broth flavor and meat quality

I'm so glad I found this place! The restaurant is in a busy area which is great however, it's hidden in a shopping center and small so if you don't use Google to find new restaurants then just "stumbling upon" this place is close to impossible. The atmosphere is cute and intimate however, it's pretty dirty. The tables, walls and menu could all use a good cleaning. Also, there were 3knats that decided to share my lunch with me but I'm not sure how much the restaurant can help with that. ‍ The food...DELICIOUS!!! I ordered the seafood pho and added the rare beef. The broth was light and full of flavor. I wanted it spicy so the server gave me some of their homemade chili paste and it was perfect. The pho had all the regular seafood in it but it also had good size fish cuts!! yummy! I will absolutely be back and recommend that everyone give this place a try!!

The pho beef broth is so good. I rarely ever eat Pho without adding some condiments and I didn’t add any to mine. Its just that good. I was pleasantly surprised how good it was. I also had the veggie eggrolls and they were really good too. Will come back!

Let me start by saying that the PHO was a solid 5! The broth of the Pho was fragrant and had a very aromatic bouquet. I could actually taste the subtleties of anise and other flavors that are uniquely Vietnamese. We went at lunch on a Saturday, when the staff had a hard time keeping up with the number who came in. But the other items such as the spring rolls (chicken and shrimp) were bland and simply unimpressive. We also had the fried dumplings that were small, over-cooked and overly priced. In short, I love Vietnsmese, but N.O.M. was a bit of a disappointment as it did not seem to live up to its ratings.

So, my friend and I were on a quest for some pho-nomenal pho, and this joint was high up on our hit list. The food was seriously delicious—I went for the beef brisket pho (small but mighty) and some egg rolls that were chef's kiss. Our server was an absolute gem, constantly topping off our drinks (major brownie points from me). The playlist was lovely, and the place was spotless. 10/10 would recommend. Just a heads up, we hit this place up on a lazy Sunday afternoon for lunch. I'm low-key regretting not snapping some pics because the presentation was on point. Don't miss out on this spot
