My name is Samantha Short. I am the granddaughter of Nana! As a second generation Italian-American, growing up I was taught the ins and outs of Italian cooking. Love is the best ingredient when cooking. I originally came to Oklahoma from Florida, attended paramedic school and was closer to Nana. After working in EMS for some years, I found my true calling. To bring the love and joy of Italian cuisine to you and your family. I have an amazing husband Jon and two boys. Patrick and Kollin, who you will see from time to time.
