Nakato Japanese Steakhouse

Good food, good service. Just a little hard to get into and it was smokier than I'm used to for Japanese. Server was very nice and quick. Chef was great and funny. Place was clean too.

We really enjoyed our meals here. The staff was welcoming. There was a thirty minute wait for a hibachi table, but we sat at the sushi bar and loved everything we tried! The only negative about the experience is it gets so smoky in there from the hibachi grills and then you leave smelling like it.

Had a reservation setup a week ago. Our party of 6 gets there at 720pm and they say they close at 7pm. I specifically asked last week about Easter Sunday and obviously was told the wrong information. Nakato Pineville that was our last time coming. To the mgr lady upfront. You have no compassion at all. It was not a regular night. It was a birthday celebration. Mgr lady it will come full circle back around to you. It always does.
