Dined in, had their 2 cheese enchiladas (green sauce) with double refried beans, they were extremely watery, even their salsa was closer to water than sauce somehow. It felt like a very cheesy soup on my plate and was not good, my family really liked their food but I was not a fan of their enchilada soup combo plate.
We were looking for good food and found Moreno's while driving by. We were pleasntly surprised and happy we stopped. The food was delicious and the service was good. My favorite was the green chili tamales, which I got two!
Nice little place. Good amount of food for the price.
Not going to lie, at first I was hesitant considering the location. But I have to say it has been better than most places I’ve been to in the Valley. Definitely plan on going back. We ordered all sorts of food for about 11 people and had nothing bad to say about any of it. The green Chile burrito was on point. I’m a big guy and I couldn’t finish the Burro Grande. To top it all off, the young lady that dropped off our food was awesome. Everyone from the cashier to the server were undoubtedly dedicated to their jobs. No complaints whatsoever and I usually have something to knock on.
Have eaten at this location every once in a while. While the food is good I have been disappointed in the service. On a recent visit I walked in to order enchiladas to go. There was the person behind the counter and another employee in a booth eating lunch. So just being the three of us in the restaurant I was surprised when I got home and realized my order was wrong. Granted minimally wrong - green sauce instead of red but still wrong. I find it hard to believe with just the three of us in the front of the restaurant, me being the only customer, that my order was wrong. Maybe my expectations are too high but this should not have occurred. How hard is it to actually listen to the customer? There are plenty of Mexican restaurants around so I will just go somewhere else to get my meals in the future.
Un alambre en mis tacos toro!y el cajero solo se diculpo!enserio?? No más por que no soy ambiental de dinero pero si saben lo que pudo haver ocurrido!cuídense a sus trabajadores que no sean tan marranos al preparar la comida
This is my family's favorite sit down Mexican restaurant.
Nice little place ticked away from annoying Friday night crowds. Food was good with ample portion size. Not overpriced. Margaritas were bomb!! Huge sizes glasses, very well made. Service and hospitality were wonderful. Would definitely go back again.
The carne asada fries were gross. Most oily fries and no salsa that is actually spicy and good. I don't think I've ever had a sweet salsa before lol. Filibertos has better ones.
