Moe's Southwest Grill

I placed a pick up order today for 12pm and the food was not good. I usually love Moe’s and this is a confusing experience. It was way too spicy and flavorless at the same time and the food was cold. I was 20 minutes late to pick it up due to my job training going over but it seemed the food was sitting there for longer than 20 minutes. It was disappointing and I had to get Pal’s on the way back to work. I will be throwing this food away.

Steak was hard chewy and dry

The food was absolutely excellent. My wife and kids server was really friendly as well. My server, however, did not want to be there at all. At least that's what it seemed like. It was very unpleasant making my order with her. If the food hadn't been so good, she would be a reason I would never go back to this restaurant. However, the food was incredible and we will absolutely be going back. I do hope that management addresses this issue.

Just discovered the location Permanently Closed. There's a sign on the doors.

Unfortunately this location is now closed.

I enjoyed my experience eating here. The portions are huge, and IMO, the price is right. My family and I will continue to eat here in the future.
