Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Waited in the drive thru line for our mobile order which was fine. We get to the window and they direct us the the parked #2 spot because our food isn't ready and that's fine too. 35 minutes later we are still here in the #2 spot while cars in 1 and 3 have come and gone multiple times. Finally gave up and went inside where they said they're busy. Whoever is reading this review, we are probably still here rotting away in the #2 spot. Good luck lol. Update: We get home to realize they forgot an entire meal . Lovely lol.

Awesome, best ever

Very tasty food. The Asian ZenZation Salad is awesome. The Veggie Egg Rolls are very tasty too. The service is very good.

Paid $23 for a wings n things and a 3 piece tender. Fries were soggy and cold my wings are dry and hard , and I only got 10 fries.

I come to this zaxby’s atleast one time a week. Today, I had placed my online order to pick up before leaving my work, however I do work less than 5 minutes up the road. As somebody who used to work in fast food before advancing my career, I pull up to the speaker to inform them that I am picking up my online order. The employee on the speaker had asked me if I could come back in a few minutes because it wasn’t ready yet. Please be reminded that the only thing I had ordered was a salad and that was all. I said yes that I would come back, but what if I was coming through the drive thru to order a salad through the speaker? Are they going to ask me to come back in a few minutes because they haven’t made it yet? I do have to say that this customer service was not very well provided and that it should not have been asked of me to come back considering I had to exit the drive thru line whenever I could have been told that it is not ready yet and might take a moment to be prepared.
