With so many choices for good sushi in my area, my wife and I decided to try Mizu sushi and hibachi in Warrington. First of all, we were blown away by the cleanliness and friendly service. Second, and most importantly, the sushi was fresh and delicious. Affordable too. Do yourself a favor, come here and check out the wonderful food. It’s a BYOB as well. Love that.
I hate to leave unsatisfied reviews but the food was mediocre at best. I recommend it for a work gathering and they do not want to go back. The appetizers were okay.
Right from the entrance, the waiter is not polite, he probably doesn’t know what to smile about, we ordered 7 types of rolls, but they all taste almost the same. The shrimp tempura roll was very tasty, I ordered two, then we ordered two more servings, they brought another roll that was completely different, it felt like the cook was already there in 10 minutes. the waitress was rude, the service was bad, but I live nearby, maybe we'll stop by again, I don't know.
Excellent experience! Food was delicious, even down to little details like the soup flavor and salad dressing. Great selection with some unique items too (never seen pumpkin sushi for example). The service was great and the cook reconfirmed everyone’s order before getting started. We were a large group which they did a great job with, always refilling waters and tending to everyone’s special requests. Would definitely come back :)
You don’t turn the heat on in January? Are you freaking kidding me? Not going back. Enjoy your cheapassness!
We had a party of 4 and they only had cutlery, plates, soy sauce etc for 2. We had to ask multiple times for them to set the table for 4 and by the time they got to giving us the chopsticks, our guests were done with their rolls already. We ordered the spring rolls and had to send them back because they were completely rock hard frozen ice cold in the center. They rewarmed them and sent them back to us but clearly all the food there is premade or frozen. The salad looked packaged as well. We couldn’t understand what the server was saying she spoke really fast and it seemed like they just wanted us in and out quickly without even cooking all the food through. The rolls were awesome but the hibachi experience lacked a lot. It wasn’t the typical fun atmosphere you get with a hibachi entertainment show. The chef was boring and bland. The food itself was also super bland for us we didn’t like it at all. If you’re used to small town food maybe this will be for you but if you’ve had hibachi experience before, this is a joke.
I cannot say enough amazing things about this place. The owner is one of the friendliest people ever, they are so accommodating every time, and the chefs (especially jay) cook incredible food! We go here all the time and there’s no end in sight. Customers for life!
Since we discovered Mizu, it has become our favorite Hibachi spot. The food is beyond delicious and the portions are plenty! The servers, cooks, and even the owner, are exceptional and friendly. We love this little spot.
