They were out of the Taro Milk Tea (at only 7 pm), which is the reason we drove over half an hour here. They also don't even have the Purple Yam Milk Tea on the menu, which would have been our second choice. Didn't use the same rewards program as the Carrollton location, inconsistent customer experience. Carrollton is by far the superior location.

Pretty cool little boba shop. Went on Tuesday and the lady in the front (I think name started with a Y) did a good job explaining the different drink options. Will def be coming back to try out more drinks

Service definitely left something to be desired. Both staff members were apathetic, at best, with one wearing earbuds the whole time. Can’t pay with cash at the kiosks, which is understandable and not exactly a problem, but would’ve been nice to know that beforehand, esp. since staff don’t exactly look like they want you to order with them. Ordered 2 drinks, and was informed one of them was out of stock, despite it not saying so on the kiosk. Again, not a huge problem, but why have kiosks if they’re not gonna be good or accurate ones? The one drink we did receive was made incorrectly (once again, why even bother with kiosks) and didn’t taste like milk tea, just milk. Maybe it was just a bad day or time to go, but with so many other options in the area that make better product with better prices, i don’t think i’ll be back.

In terms of milk tea, pearls, and the adzuki beans, it is probably the best in the area. In addition, their associates are consistently friendly and welcoming.

Have a taro pudding tofu and the pudding taste sour. I think it already went bad but they didnt know it. Also its very watery for a milktea. Come in and switch for another topping but the taste of pudding make me sick :(

They have decent fresh fruit tea but the sweetness level and consistency are not the same everytime. Some day its good, other day the drink is water down and bland. It can be a hit or miss buying drinks from this location. Hope they will improve soon.
