Mendocino Farms

I came here earlier today for lunch after work and I was absolutely blown away by the service. I like to come to Mendocinos periodically to fill my sandwich craving, and I always seem to run into the manager Kenneth. Kenneth is incredibly bubbly, and clearly knows how to run a kitchen. Our food came out very quickly, and it was handed to me with a smile. I’m definitely going to be coming back, and I hope the service remains strong!

Waited 20 mins for a sandwich with hair in it. Not even utensils and napkins. For an $18 sandwich, this is over price and not worth the time

Awesome avo and quinoa salad as our usual to go salad after a strenuous hike! We also tried the new turkey sandwich and was impressed by the truffle aioli sauce. We were so thirsty after the hike so we also opted in a drink that allows us to try different refreshing juices. The new guava flavor is good but just a bit too sweet. The pomegranate juice is a nice option and the super green juice is the best!

Delicious and affordable

I regularly order catering from Mendocino, and it never disappoints! Their catering packages are consistently delicious, prepared on time and accurately. The not so fried chicken sandwich and the avocado & quinoa salad are definite crowd favorites and highly recommended. They also provide a great catering setup, including plates, napkins, utensils, and serving utensils which makes everything so convenient. This morning, I had a big last minute catering order and couldn't find availability online. When I called the restaurant, they were incredibly helpful and ensured I got my order on time. Their customer service is top-notch! That said, they do get busy during the week, so if you are ordering individual meals for pick up, allow some extra time to get your food.

Been to the one in westlake now 1st time here with the family at this location . Excellent service we were greeted upon entering and they made sure to come by and check if we needed something so we wouldn't even get up from our chairs. Looks like we found our new go to dinner location.

Went for lunch here and the food was amazing! Its been a while since Ive been to Mendos, and I didn’t remember it being as good as it was. The service and atmosphere made me want to return again soon. Arthur was the manager on duty and he was helping out the cashiers who were already doing an excellent job, but the place was busy, as it should be, and so it was all hands on deck. Everyone had a smile and seemed to really care about making the place as friendly as possible. Will definitely be coming back, and definitely recommend!!

Until today I would have given 5 stars. I’m highly allergic to cow dairy and always order goat cheese instead since it’s genetically different proteins in milk and so I can have goat. But cow makes me break out in hives, I also can have airways close and end up not being able to leave the bathroom. I get incredibly sick and could be hospitalized. If I am hospitalized I plan to sue to foot the bill. This is NOT OKAY! Provolone I believe in trash. I used to trust this restaurant but they don’t train their staff well enough on allergens!

An unfortunate first experience at this location :( ordered in person at 11 and waited 45min for my food because they were slammed with catering orders. They were clearly understaffed and weren’t able to give updates on orders. When I finally got my order, it had been taken under the wrong name. I only got it because I got a paper receipt and was able to prove it was my order. Avoid this location during lunchtime.

Extremely long wait times at this location. They prioritize large corporate catering orders over everything & ignore individual customers/orders. I’m local and unfortunately i’ve had it with the ignorance at this location and will not order here again.

I recently placed a catering order from Mendocino Farms in Calabasas for a group of hardworking teachers and volunteers at my son's school. As luck would have it, there was a technical glitch with the order. Mistakes can happen to the best of us, but how you handle them is what truly matters. The general manager, Arthur, went above and beyond to not only rectify the small issue but also personally delivered a resolution that exceeded all expectations. In a world where excellent customer service can sometimes feel like a rarity, Arthur's commitment to ensuring everything was perfect was refreshing and deeply appreciated. The entire school staff was beyond thankful for the delicious sandwiches, salads, and treats. It gave them the energy they needed to finish out a long and grueling day with smiles on their faces. It’s reassuring to know that there are still people and businesses who take personal pride in their work. Thank you, Arthur, and the Mendocino Farms team for turning what could have been a hiccup into a highlight of our day!

Waited an hour to get my food

Meat in sandwich was scrumptious but the portion of meat was very small. I got the chicken pesto and my colleague John the lie detector guy got the chicken Parmesan and again meat portion was miniscule but tasty.

The food is amazing and the service has been great! The Mgr was a huge help on an error and jumped right on it and got it resolved. I recommend this restaurant to everyone!

Mendocino Farms in Woodland Hills is not only a great restaurant because of the delicious food it serves, but mostly because of the amazing team members that make this a great place. The choices here are super healthy and I love that. The customer service is first rate thanks to the amazing manager, Mr. Arthur Rozenberg. He really takes care of the guests and that's nice. Thanks also to Ed, Chloe, Tamil, Kevin, Tyler, Danny, Anesah, Mason and Bella. Thanks Mendocino and keep up the good work. One more thing, the place is spotless and that's very important. Thank you!

Food was good but I was charged $20 for ONE REGULAR SANDWICH!! I wanted a chicken Bahn Mi but they only have pork or Veggie, so they guy charged me $4 on top of the pork sandwich price but didn't give me the pork. Really? That's crazy.
