I shop at this Meijer all the time as it is one of the closest stores to me, I usually don’t have an unpleasant experience, however today was a different story. I went to meijer to exchange a gaming headset I bought the previous day! I walked in with the headset and my receipt In a meijer bag. I was in a hurry because I knew the service desk was closing soon. I went straight to the electronic/media area and ask the employee EMILY to help me get the gaming headset I wanted. I asked her if we could do exchanges here and she said no that we would have to go the service desk & her manager would have to check out the gaming headset I was returning, which is no problem with me I understand there is a procedure for returns/exchanges. It was the body language, attitude, and snarky-ness of the employee that was annoying. She asked multiple times why do I not want the headphones? I told her because my son did not like them! I didn’t even have the headphones for a whole 24 hours, & I had my receipt I just was doing an exchange and paying the difference. The way she checked the gaming headset, like she was just waiting for something to be wrong with them is what was annoying, just rude for no damn reason, I’ve worked plenty of customer service jobs and no matter how much I hate my job I don’t take it out on the customer. Like sorry I inconvenienced you so bad but I wasn’t rude at all!

They have all the food there and a store too and electronic store that you can get. Anything you want there. I got my blow up bed there

I will be BOYCOTTING ALL MEIJER LOCATIONS! I see your prices went up (alot) since YOUR COMPANY decided to pay your employees more money. AMERICANS ARE TIRED OF YOU CORPORATES MAKING US PAY FOR YOUR EMPLOYEES WHILE YOU POCKET PROFITS! You should NOT be making your customers pay for your employees raise! Take it out of CORPORATE FUNDS. Hey KROGER...here we come, at least they dont price gouge. Do better Meijer

Stopped today to add to my sports card collection. Good place to pick up cards. Groceries are reasonable. Lots of pet supplys. 2023 sports cards are coming out. Lots of sale. All departments. Christmas sales now. Time for Easter candy.
