If I could give the staff less then 1 star I would. I have been going there 2 to 3 times a week for almost 2 years for coffee and breakfast on my way to work. It is either there or Micky Ds. They are always getting my order wrong. This past week I finally called about it. The shift supervisor said he would make it right the next time I came in. Only when I came in the following Monday the lady with the forgien accent refused to give me the order and told me I had to pay for it. I gave her back her bag and left and made a compalint with corporate. Still waiting on the manager to call back. They have lost my business. They are not customer friendly at all.

This is my favorite Tim Hortons in the area. The staff here is really friendly and tends to brighten my day. I enjoy drinking Tim's twice a day and will drive past a different location, just to go to this location. The drive thru here is always fast... If I could give them 6 stars, I would!
