An amazing and diverse selection of beers.
I was one of the first clients when Medusa opened for business. Great place, awesome service and of course, great beer! Unfortunately after moving out of Hudson, i was back last Saturday with a friend and what a disappointment. Beer still the same and everything else but service. The new staff walk by your table and just don’t care. I had to get up and ask the bartender if we could have a beer. Not to mention, the new staff spend time talking among themselves drinking at the corner of the bar. They are there for themselves not to service the patrons, don’t care about the business and most important, we didn’t know if there was a manager in the building. i’m writing this review as a cry for help for a great place and I hope the owners or someone can pay attention and fix a very broken place before it’s too late. I love Medusa’s beer but I can’t recommend the place anymore. Sad!
I love the beer, to food from Taco Gato is amazing. Just avoid the live music. It's unbelievably loud for how small the seating area is. You can't order, you can't talk to anyone, all you can do is listen to the blaring music. To be clear, I LOVE live music. But I really cannot fathom who thinks that it needs to be THAT loud. I'm shocked that management allows it to happen. When I was there on Friday, I resorted to just texting my orders. I didn't go to a concert, I went to a brewery.
Medusa is a great place to hang with friends, enjoy awesome beer, great live music, and also a sweet place to perform if you're a musician!
Went in to celebrate their 9th birthday. Was handed a bracelet to control over crowding. Found seats at the bar and for 20 minutes we waited for a bartender to acknowledge us with eye contact or a hello. Nothing. We trying waving, saying hello, but still nothing. All set with this place. We left without any acknowledgment we were ever there. Service is terrible, not just on a busier than normal day. It’s to bad. Was a fun spot.
