Terrible service

On multiple occasions I've waited 20-30 minutes for food. Both times, they didn't bring out the iced coffee I ordered, and when I asked for the drink they said the machine was down. Didn't offer me a refund or anything. Horrible service. Go anywhere else

Ordered from this location and found this lovely gem wrapped around the meat while eating. Yum

Had to write this review on this McDonald's as it seems that McDonald's service is getting worse. Went to this McDonald's to order a Double cheeseburger and two McChickens at night around 830pm. Waited 15-20 minutes for my food and when I got it the double cheeseburger only had one slice of cheese. I asked the crew member for another slice of cheese and it seemed that I was inconveniencing her when I asked her for it. Instead of giving her the cheeseburger back I just asked for the cheese as I did not trust what she would do with the cheeseburger. During this interaction there was no apology or consideration of the customer. The entire time I waited at this McDonald's there was no greeting or sense of customer service whether it was in the lobby or at the drive through. Definitely won't be going back to this McDonald's in the future. If I could give this place negative stars I would. And these are just facts.
