Disappointing food and service. Food fixed incorrectly despite asking for clarity. Unable to give ingredients in items. Given a meal despite not ordering one. Bread thrown into the bottom of a bag along w spoon that was not wrapped. Gross.

They're known for their breads, for good reason. Delicious. The French Onion Soup is really nice as well. Dietary restrictions: I'm sure they will work with you as much as they are able to. Kid-friendliness: Meh. I dunno. Pretty sure kids would be bored & wouldn't want to keep their voices at a low level to match the chill atmosphere. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes & yes.

Food is on par with other Paneras I have tried. The staff is very friendly and the facility is clean.
