Worst customer service I've ever experienced!! Not only did they get my order wrong but the guy at the drive thru was extremely rude. Rolled his eyes and was deliberately arguing with me and i practically had to force him to correct THEIR mistakes. I relieved nothing but hostility. I never leave a bad review anywhere but this was by far the worst customer service!!
40 minutes in line just to say you don't have the order I'm picking up.... I'm a door dash driver and I had to wait in the drive thru line going out to the street just to get to the window and y'all say you don't have the order. I wouldn't be upset if the guy at the intercom didn't ask for the order number to confirm that you did have it. Once I finally got to the window after 42 minutes (I keep track on the app) this guy looks over at the counter and says "I don't have it" HUH??? He told me to tell doordash so they could call the store to confirm that the order wasn't there. When door dash called no one picked up the phone... I get that you guys are busy but this could be so easily fixed with the slightest big of care and checking. Also side note I know you guys can see the drive thru line I've worked in fast food. Why are you letting people who cut the line order with everyone else?? There's one line and everyone knows that and last night some people were making a second line and you guys completely ignored it and kept taking their orders despite the fact that they were cutting. Make them wait an extra two or three orders after line one because again 40 f-ing minutes in line is too long!!!
Trashy restaurant with trashy employees. Just read the other reviews. The only item on the dollar menu is a small drink. The enire menu is WAY over priced. McDonald's is getting too big for its britches. Maurice and Richard McDonald would be ashamed of what thier fast-food has become.
Lines are always very long to get to the window with staff that is snappy and rude.
Good place to have lunch. Good service always clean.
