The manager is not very customer service oriented. The bigger gal with blonde hair. The other managers are amazing. She would not compensate for the specialty coffee machine being down. All I asked for was a small coffee. She was very rude about it.

The general manager here is honestly one of the worst managers I’ve ever spoken to. Im a manager and I can’t believe I was spoken to that way. I called to let them know my sandwich was raw and she proceeded to tell me she needed me to come back and bring it back to prove it. No apologies were given to me at all. I told her I could send her a picture but then I was hung up on. So I guess I’ll post my picture here!
Called to talk about my raw food and the general manager, Miranda, was rude said that I was lying asked for a picture and said a picture wasn’t enough , then hung up on me.
I went in when it was slow, it still took almost 10 minutes to get a meal. ( Not meeting clock time at all). They have a poor laid out parking lot and drive thru design. Making wait time and traffic getting in and out a hassle. The fries I got where fresh but you can tell they have not changed the oils out for awhile. And now they don't even put prices on the menu because of the cost of the products. It always a hot and miss at this location for good food and service.
