Auntie Anne's

We would always get these at the mall nowadays After Dairy queen, Chick fil a, and Subway Had been closed.

I loved everything about my experience at this Auntie Anne’s. The guy with the big eyes took my order and was very polite I will be back soon!

They move so slow every visit! I don't understand how I end up in line 15 -20 minutes with 6 people in front of me. Beachwood mall and Strongsville mall move so fast with less people working behind the counter.

Pretzels are good, but the employees are always so rude and talking about bleeding and falling down the stairs is not what you want to hear with young kids around!!!

I came here just to get a lemonade, the 2 employees were making pretzels, so I patiently waited for them to finish up & take care of me. They were laughing and working & didn't even acknowledge me standing at the register. Someone could have said, "be right with you" or "we're closed for the day" ANYTHING. After five minutes of being ignored I just walked away & went else where. Their customer service is never great but never this bad.

No regular pretzels ready, ha e to get nuggets... over priced dough.

Been here 3 times now and still no salted pretzels! Waited in a long line for nothing.
