I'd give service higher because the 2 people I encountered at the drive-thru were very nice. However, I didn't order 'food', just an unsweetened ice tea. The man verified I'd ordered an unsweetened ice tea and handed it to me. I saw the label was correct and it was light on ice as I'd asked, and then made my fatal error by driving away before taking a drink. It was definitely sweet tea. I had to turn around and go back. I went inside, thinking I should have done that in the 1st place, but the be thru wasn't busy and I was headed to work. I dumped the sweet tea and got my own unsweetened tea and headed out. Not 1 person so much as looked in my direction let alone question why I brought a cup in and hot a new drink.
This McDonalds, right now Feb 2024, not so great on service. They seem to not have a flow to what they're all doing... I mean make it easier for everyone including yourself when taking, setting up and delivering the correct order throughout the whole thing. Communicate as a person and not just through eye rolls and huffs.
Food was fresh, and service was better than expected.
Paid for extra drizzle, didn't get it
