Can get a little busy, but the staff makes sure they get to you in a timely manner.

Had to back out and move to the inside drive thru.no one answer the speaker had to yell at the speaker to get someone attention ..to much playing around it was not busy
Bad experience I was waiting for 20 minutes for my food and it wasn't even in process to be prepared and the worst thing is that the place was empty I requested a refund and left
After purchasing at this location for years I will never be a return customer after how I was treated today. They advised me that the system was done and that they were only taking cash after waiting in the line for almost 30 minutes if not more there was no one at the first window to take my order. When I went to the second window they stated that their system just came back up and I need to go back around to the drive thru to order again or come inside. After expressing to them how long I was waiting if they couldnt just take my order where I was at so I could go ,an employee shrugged her shoulders and said she doesn’t know what to tell me and walked off. Reluctantly I went through the drive thru again used the mobile app to get my discount/rewards the app said it received my code the cashier stated it said it was redeemed already I said mam I did not order before so how could it have been redeemed before after going back and forth I said just tell me what I need to pay so I can leave. They forgot my fries and when I asked for it I they told me it wasn’t ordered I. I said can I just have a cook to order fries and I will pay because this is unnecessary. I was ignored and given cold fries Worst experience and horrible customer service to say the least
