Even with oat milk, brown sugar milk tea should never look like this. Unfortunately I went before close, big mistake. I took a loss on 3 expensive drinks $20+ and was one of the worst drinks I’ve had since coming here. The inconsistency is an issue and I understand it’s a new store but please work on seriously fixing this issue. I wish I did a refund instead because I absolutely wasted my money that night. My dad spit it out the moment he took a sip. I didn’t like going back and forth trying to explain that I order this drink almost everyday to them and to still leave unsatisfied. Even the guy who ordered the same drink said the same exact thing. The drink was made horribly, I shouldn’t have been served it if I’m being honest. I will go back because I do love there boba tea when it’s made RIGHT. and hopefully they will fix these issues. If I see better consistency I will change my review but for now I think it’s fair. Please reference photo- no milk tea should ever look this color and I think the baristas there know that. They should have tasted it for themselves.
