McDonald's

Been coming to this location for years since I live right by it. This McDonald’s is one of the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. There is absolutely NO customer service. No “Hello!” “How may I help you?” “We’ll be right with you!” or “Have a good day!”. Just “Will you be using your mobile app?” followed by a “What do you want?” Then they literally just make you wait at the window for 20 minutes with not a word until they just hand you the food and shut the window. If you drive maybe 30 seconds in the same shopping center and go to Chick-fil-a they blow this Macdonald’s out of the water in every aspect. How about focusing on making sure your associates say hello and are polite/respectful to your customers instead of focusing on them asking if you’re using an app?

If you're the owner of this McDonald's, carry your behind over to Chick-fil-A and take some notes! Ssssooooo Sssssssslllllllloooooooooowwwwwww...... good grief!!! And the time it took them to make me a Double Quarter Pounder and a 6-piece nugget with drink I could have gone to a sit-down restaurant eat an appetizer main course and desert......

Food sucked!!!

Customer service was fine. The food on the other hand seemed as tho it was cooked earlier and to re-heat they dropped it in the grease burned the chicken and the toasted bun. Absolutely horrible taste. I won't be returning to the McDonald's at Virginia center.
