Go elsewhere very slow very disorganized always out of stuff. Today they're out of ketchup and it's week 2 of the "ice cream machine is broken."

Ordered food at counter of course had to wait a while. Once called out ticket order was missing food. And other customers had the same problem. The women bathroom one stall was really nasty. Came from va. And this was not the stop for us. Won't be returning.

Was totally ignored when I wanted to pay. I ordered on the kiosk & waited for quite a while. Ran out of time as I was headed to work.

I’d give 0 stars if I could, little black girl upfront thought it be cute to coo an attitude over caramel on a frappe. If you show ur app you paid for 3x the amount and they don’t wanna add 3x the amount and catch a attitude bc you ordered online and put pick up at the counter yet somehow the inside is closed yet there’s 3 doors unlocked????? Nah that’s picking and choosing. The lady even tried to walk out side to fight me. People like this do not deserve a job any where.
