Food was cold and the staff are rude

Large Fry container half full, cold, and burned on the tips. Could not contact the store or phone rings but no pick up or answering machine. Called 919 number listed on receipt to get voice-mail. I thought this location was improving. However, this clearly proves that they have not.

Aaliyah tends to be a little grouchy in the mornings, but she gets the job done! they will fix anything thats not up to par and food is usually hot. Badabababa...I'm lovin it
