Masa Sushi Hibachi Steakhouse and Seafood

Even though it is tucked into a strip mall off of Morgan road, Masa offers just as good (if not better) Japanese cuisine as anywhere in the Birmingham area. Pricing is slightly more affordable than other hibachis around. Highly recommend.

The people at Masa are always so nice and pleasant. The food is delicious. And they always remember me when I come in.

Masa sushi is our favorite. It’s so fresh and delicious that it ranks even above the upscale places downtown or in Homewood. The owners are kind, and they remember you if you are a repeat customer. Definitely recommend this hidden jewel of a restaurant.

The place is not really big but not that small either. The place has a good atmosphere to it and the food is good. I came in for a work lunch with some colleagues and we enjoyed it. I would like to come back for the dinner experience.

The food was just ok. Not a must have, I'm not sure if I'll go back. If I do it will because nothing else is open. It doesn't smell like food is being cooked at all. It smells stale and not clean. The service was good and the people are nice.
