Maison Margaux

A RESTAURANT FOCUSED ON EVERY ASPECT I've been to Maison Margaux three times now. What stands out next to the very warm & intimate atmosphere is the attention to hospitality. Every employee I interacted with was of the highest level of professionalism. Each entree I've had were great and haven't eaten anything I didn't love yet. The prize really belongs to the crème brûlée though; three times now I've crushed it. Their bartenders are skilled and well-versed in their craft, too. I've had some of my favorite sazeracs in the Twin Cities at Maison Margaux. Vegetarian options: The vegetarian pasta will make you upset with any you've had previous; it's really that good.

Everything was as I expected. Scrumptious, succulent and delicious. The short ribs, tender and juicy with a little surprise pork belly at the bottom. The bone marrow just melts in your mouth. And my dover sole was cooked to perfection, firm but not tough. You can have it deboned and they'll do it in front of you. Even the tomato and onion sourdough app we had was delightful. I ordered it with tuna. Lastly, love the decor and ambience of the place. I would definitely come back.

I love everything about this place. Everyone takes pride in every aspect of the restaurant, staff are knowledgeable and professional. Last night Nick was our server and he was fantastic. And of course the food is amazing every single time, the cocktails are next level. It's a bit pricey but worth every penny. Eli and the other managers are never too busy to check on you and make sure you're having the best possible experience. Highly recommend for a perfect date night
