Magic Wok Chinese Restaurant

I wanted to go to this place since it’s the only place nearby that had steamed Pork Buns, the only problem is, I didn’t get any. To preface, I understand at the time they were very busy with a catering order, and they might have been short staffed, that’s why I’m not leaving a 1 star. I ordered The Buns, I was told there would be a wait, which would be fine, but I was there for 1-2 hours in that time I finished my drink and only got a refill once at that end of that time. (Which I was eating something spicy and it didn’t help) and never received the buns. (I wasn’t charged for them) I personally didn’t like what I ordered, but the people around me enjoyed their food, which I tried and enjoyed as well, so I believe it was just the item itself didn’t suit my pallet. I don’t mind a restaurant being super busy, that’s a good sign, but I don’t believe to the point of neglecting the customers within. What really did it for me, is the people behind me got their Pork Buns (They arrived 30 minutes after us) and I find that just completely disrespectful, especially when that’s the whole reason I went there. I might come here again, but it’ll take a bit and I’ll have to be in the mood for Pork Buns. If they do well, I’ll gladly change this review.

My first time ordering from here. Everything was perfect. Perfect amount of food and great taste. The only thing I did notice, was I ordered an item that was on sale for Thursday night, she never mentioned the sale or a discount on the price. I didn't notice I ordered food that was on sale, until the next day. But overall, hands down the best Chinese since I moved here six months ago. We definitely will order again soon!

Huge portions, 2 for 1 beer, and great service all on top of delicious food. Would recommend dining in!

Fast, friendly, and great food

If I lived nearby I would be here everyday, the food quality, taste, and portions are phenomenal and the service was beyond stellar. They offer a traditional menu in addition to a standard Chinese American offering, and items from both were incredible. Our waitress for the night was hilarious and extremely attentive, she made the whole experience more than worth it!

Love the La Shiang Shrimp ! Very spicy and lots of shrimp! My husband and I split this meal and have leftovers for at least one more meal! The owner is very friendly!

Such sweet staff!!! The ordering process was easy and they were so welcoming when we came in to pick up our online order. The food is SO good too!
