It's a fabulous looking restaurant the garlic bread is out of this world I got the lasagna which is supposed to be handmade by the owner's wife the salad was fabulous everything was great !!!
Let me start with this ~ my review was formerly 5 stars and from over 8 years ago. My family has been coming here since before I was born, and it's definitely not what it used to be; but something tells me my family will continue to visit out of a sense of nastalgia; which also seemed like most of the clientele if you get it. The overall feel is that they're trying way to hard now to be an Italian restaurant. The live entertainment is good though! Service is alright, definitely could use more luster though. I was here last Saturday and had the meat ravioli since the last several visits have shown me what not to get anymore. Long story short, the sauce was alright and not the warmest, but all the raviolis would have been better if they were at least fully heated, or even room temperature (they were cold). Basically, if you're familiar with the Clawson Steakhouse and how they've fallen, Luciano's has fallen just as far and hard in terms of comparable quality and noblong live up to their reputation.
Went for Dinner last night,we were greeted and seated right away, Instead of going on and on, the food was excellent, the service just as good, everyone needs to go here, well worth it
The potatoes tasted like someone dumped salt all over them. Everyone at the table said the same thing. Otherwise, everything else was delicious!!
Luciano's is my new favorite spot in Clinton Township! The food is authentic and full of flavor, and the prices are reasonable. Whether you're craving pasta or seafood, this place has it all, served with a smile.
Went on weeknight at 630 dinner. No chicken tortelline soup or tiramisu. Disappoonted since they have the best.
Luciano's has been a long time metro area orginal Italian foods. Alway good always authentic. If you haven't met Rose you have miss a wonderful chef and food artist. You can't go wrong all the food is first class. Try the Puttanesca Sauce, its not on the menu but you must try it. The bread is so good you have to be careful not to fill up on this taste treat. If you want a wonderful cocktail go see Nikki the long time mixologist. With great wit and a quick drink you with get a smile. Enjoy.
