Lotus Vietnamese Cuisine

I believe this is one of the best restaurants in the PNW! The food is absolutely phenomenal! I first discovered this restaurant by chance when I moved to the PNW, I happened to take the exit off of the 5 freeway closest to Lotus Wei, it was winter and I was so cold & hungry; I wanted something super warm to eat and I went to this restaurant, and the food was Amazing! I had never forgotten this restaurant since my first visit. About 7 months later I moved to Vancouver temporarily and was fortunate enough to come back to this awesome restaurant! Although I now live about 45 minutes away, I come here whenever I have something to celebrate. It is without a doubt one of the best restaurants I've been to in the PNW, the food is absolutely beyond outstanding, the ingredients are obviously very fresh (which is extremely important to me when I eat out). I had a chance to briefly interact with the chef who is a remarkable person. It's no surprise the food is beyond delicious, the chef is an awesome person! Parking: It is a very large parking lot, I've always easily found a parking spot.

Delicious Pho! Very clean place and friendly staff. Their food menu is extensive and everything we have tried so far was yummy!

No mussels or clams ever so I don’t see why is it on the menu. Also the front lady is always nice so I guess they have a good balance here Lol.

Best pho we've ever had. Everything was super on point and delicious. Only bad part is that we don't live closer.

My husband ordered through Uber eats and while he was eating he got stabbed by a piece of shrimp which mind you this was a lemongrass, beef and rice plate no seafood on this plate at all, then investigating that we found a few black hairs also . So gross he is now puking and we will never eat there again

High recommend this restaurant if you love pho! Try their egg coffee! Everything was delicious!!

This place is beautiful very clean and has a very broad menu expanding much beyond Vietnamese food. The owner is Thai and I love their personality and charisma along with their food. Our family loves to come here ,carry out is also good.

Outstanding Pho! The meat is tender and plentiful and the service is grand.
