Waitress was absolutely terrible. I have never in my life had such a bad waitress and bad service. I am so disappointed in this particular location. The one in Frankfort is so much better and the staff is so much better. To top it off it was my birthday dinner and she ruined the whole night. Now I wish we would've went somewhere else. The ONLY thing that was good was the food and that's because another waitress brought it to us. I will seriously think before going here again. The manager didn't even come out to apologize they sent another waitress out to do it. I'm still upset and that was 2 weeks ago. Kid-friendliness: Not really kids friendly in my opinion.

First steak over cooked second under cooked.

We were so thrilled with our experience at Longhorn on Harrodsburg Road in Lexington, KY. The care that the manager Genn took to get our order perfect was unbelievable! We were having a small family get together and ordered multiple porterhouse steaks along with a few other entrees and sides. Her team cooked everything exactly to our specifications. We had to travel and transport the food for approximately 2 hours. The team had wrapped all of the food in foil to keep it hot for the long trip. I then placed all of our food in a portable food warmer so everything arrived still hot. It was all just so perfect and everybody raved about the quality of everything! It was truly delicious! What a beautiful memory for us all! We want to sincerely thank the manager Genn again and her fantastic team in truly displaying such perfect service!!! We give them all a perfect score of 10!! We highly recommend this location and Genn's amazing team!!

Iy was great. Good food and good service.

This place was ok but I will never be back very overpriced I’d rather go to Texas Roadhouse. 2 adults and a kid came to 93 dollars. Both adults got 2 ribeye steaks witha sweet potato and loads macaroni. Kids meal was a sirloin with Mac and cheeses. I DO NOT RECCOMEND

We absolutely loved it here the server was super prompt and friendly and the food was amazing! My husband got the 10oz I believe it was called the sheriff and he said it was the best steak he's ever had at a restaurant. I got the Cobb steak salad and it was cooked perfectly.
