Update: BURN RISK WARNING TO CUSTOMERS: 3/13/24, went again today and my coffee was scalding hot!!! Burned my throat again!! I get startbucks all over town for well over a decade and this is not normal temperatures. You all are going to severely burn someone doing this. It was afternoon staff. I had to spit the coffee out into my car after sipping it cause it burned me so bad. We are a family of MD's. I'm warning you, you're going to get sued if this happens again to us. Today and the last time prior to this, my husband and I got a coffee and a tea here. Both times, they've been extremely hot, far hotter than anyother time here or any other starbucks. I've burnt the inside of my mouth pretty bad both times now here at this location. Its so hot that its making the coffee taste like the lining of the cup is melting into it as well as leaving a weird waxy like film in our mouths. Can you inform the crew to stop making it abnormally hot. This isn't how its ever been and we go here daily. We're not going to get coffee here again for a while. Hopefully, after some time, whomever is making it this hot will have either left or been corrected.

I am working on a 100 star challenge and my barista is being very helpful. She provides fast service and a well-made coffee every time. Note: you have to be careful not to park next to the store at this Starbucks because the drive-through line wraps all the way around the store and you will get blocked in. Instead, park along the outside fence or near another store close by.

This has been my go-to Starbucks location for a while because it has always seemed so well-run. The staff is always pleasant and they get my drink right. However, the last few times I've been there, they've given me the half and half for my coffee in a separate cup on the side instead of putting it IN the coffee. It's been different people so I'm thinking this is some kind of management directive. This is super awkward, and I end up with WAY more half and half than I need. This a.m. I was handed a full tall cup of h&h with my grande coffee. I have no idea why this is a thing, but please stop it.

Love a trip to Starbucks every once in a while.

On Christmas Eve, you don’t expect people to be thrilled to be working but this staff was upbeat and extremely kind! My drink was perfect! Thank you all!
