Ordered a stuffed cheese crust pizza and bread sticks it's my kid's favorite pizza Parking: They have a drive up order

Sunday March 17. Time 2:23. Waited 23 for my food to only be told it was given to someone else. Now I’m waiting for another with no accountability for wasting my time. Money comes and goes. My time not so much. Waited the extra 20 minutes then they brought a pepperoni and we don’t eat pork. Very disconcerting. The kids did their best. But I noticed it was all kids. You can’t expect a kid to get all those orders ready without a proper supervisor present. Work on that please. The kids did great. It was just overwhelming.

Horrible service this is the last time I’m ordering for online drive thru pick up , it’s takes forever for the line to move , so what’s the point of ordering ahead and you still end up waiting !!

I ordered a ICB= Italian Cheesey Bread. The girl from the drive said that the cup of Marinara Sauce didn't come with it. Crazy thing is that's all I get from the location on Bragg Blvd and I get sauce with every order. Is the locations different about the cup of sauce???

Fast service, good food.

Ran by young people, their attention to detail is not great. I ordered a specialty pizza. Somehow they gave it away to another customer, acted like there was a problem and then I heard them say "let me get another of this specialty pizza put in the oven please". ‍♂️
