Born in 1975 in Japan. I decided to go to the United States at the age of 30 in 2006. I work for 11 years at We be Sushi in San Francisco. Also eat daily Japanese delicious and healthier Japanese cuisine "Udon" for American children I will start making soup by myself. MSG is not used at all, no addition, no coloring, no preservative I stuck all the menu is handmade. I live in San Francisco. Father of two children.
