Easily the worst KFC I have went to. I have been to some I thought were bad, but this location wins the award. I mine as well of been chewing on wood with how tough the chicken was and not even proper temperature. I informed the health inspector as they are obviously letting the food sit way longer than they should.
They had phenomenal customer service all the way from the cashier to the manager!!!
Terrible service, I waited 10 minutes for someone to take my order, proceeded to the drive thru window, then they asked me to drive back around. This KFC has lost my business
I ordered a 20.00 full up FRESH and a large Coleslaw. I was pulled up to wait on my order fresh but it was not. The fries were the only things hot. I then realized my Slaw wasn't in my bag. I went back and got my slaw that was already paid for but not in the bag. The food wasn't good it was sitting and just tasted terrible. I pull out the reciept to write a review and noticed I was also overcharged! My side was advertised as a 3.00 add on but I was charged regular price. I called to ask if it could be corrected by phone or at a closer location to my home but no I have to go all the way back. I spoke to Felicia and she didn't even apologize. I will Not return to this location again.
Was very clean and staff was very nice and respectful.
I went through drive thru. My wait was short, my food was hot and tasty, and the service was pleasant.
Refused to give online order at drive thru and when I went inside they had forgotten sauces and told me I had to get my own drinks because I came inside, like I had a choice. When I said I didn’t want to have to come in the cashier said that’s why there’s doordash. He was loud and obnoxious. Fries are about a day old, sides are only halfway filled . Never again will I go to this location
