This store once was a good place the drive thru would go fast now if you go in the afternoon at lunch or dinner it's sad me and my father went here to get a bite to eat the drive thru wasn't even moving so we decided to go in and when we did the workers ignored us like there wasn't customers in line and looked right at us and didn't take any orders if they wasn't taking orders they could of at least put up a sign or tell us they wasn't taking orders but instead they ignored us sad service 👎🏻

Order had not begun cooking while other guests ordered were served and left . Had to demand full refund while they began to cook my order

Ordered my food then got to the window to be told to pull up and they'd bring it out to me and they forgot all about me and I had to go inside and get a refund.. Then they was rude about giving me my money back smdh

Had to wait 12 minutes to get my chicken tenders. Had to go back to window to remind them I was waiting.

Extremely rude and unprofessional, loud and unkind staff. I Traveled from Washington DC, to be treated disrespectfully. I will not suggest this Rockhill location, it is worth the few extra miles to select other locations where the customer service may be better. This place is simply a waste of time and money.$$$ You've been WARNED!!!!!

They are quick to get your food to you and hot.

Ordered chicken tenders from the kiosk. While I was waiting, a lady came up to the register and asked me what I ordered. When I told her tenders, she told me they didn't have any. She tried to get me to change my order, but when I asked her to just cancel it and refund me, she told me she couldn't and said she was new and didn't know how.

I just moved to the area. This was my 2nd visit to this location. On my 1st visit a few weeks ago, the wait was 20 to 30 minutes for your order. On my second visit, the wait was just as long.

Sat at the intercom for 15 minutes after waiting in line for 15 minutes . No service. Drove around and there was no one being served at the window. Wasn’t even greeted at the intercom. Really ridiculous- also looked into the establishment and looked to be fully staffed
