I ordered the smash potato bowl that I love. Everything was fresh. It was the best one that I've had so far.

Ridiculously slow service. No counter person working. As a customer I waasn't even acknowledged for the first 5min waiting at the counter. Then the order (which said was ready for pickup) took another 15 while chicken was cooked. The staff all concentrated on the drive thru instead of the 6 people waiting at the counter. How do you run out of chicken at a chicken restaurant at 5pm? Did anyone prep before dinner service? Place is a joke. Much better off going someplace else and where else. Popeyes, Churches, Royal Farms is even better and soon Raising Cane's!

When I went into the KFC/Taco Bell. The service was quite slow and they didn't want to help me out with everything that I wanted

There’s nothing fast about this “fast food”. Placed a mobile order to be ready at the time I was going to be arriving and went in to get it and had to wait 30 minutes for my food. Are you kidding me? This is absolutely ridiculous. If I didn’t pay for it already I would have canceled the order. Nothing should take 30 minutes. How hard is it to fry up chicken. 3 different people asked me who I’m picking up for. Get it together people it’s not that hard to make chicken in a timely manner. Never coming back!!
