KFC

Haven’t had KFC in a while so I order on the app and picked up the food. Got home and started eating and realized that the chicken was dry as if it was old chicken they had sitting around all day or if they refried the chicken from this morning. Kind of disappointing to have my first KFC experience in so long, be ruined like this. Edit - Just finished eating and went to get the chocolate chip cake I ordered and look at all the mold that’s on it. Today is March 5th.

Waited to order and the old lady with blonde hair and glasses helps herself out to making herself a small sample of the food and completely ignored me while eating in the kitchen on the job!!

I HORRIBLE JUST DONT GO !!!!! ‼️‼️‼️‼️MAKE THE DRIVE TO EL DORADO THEY HAVE BETTER FOOD N BETTER SERVICE ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ went through the drive-through at 8:30 since I saw the reviews they closed down early they close at 10. There’s no reason why they shouldn’t have mashed potatoes or any chicken in the store while they still have two hours closing. It has not happened once but twice already, and of that I paid with cash and the white lady with blonde hair and glasses took my money move. The girl on the side literally pushed her on the side said move you’re in the way you’re disturbing me go do something she was cashing me out I’m guessing the manager, she was like here’s your change. Oh, you don’t need the cents and then put them in her pocket. She didn’t get my receipt until I forced her to give him my receipt. I asked for the number of the corporate and she wouldn’t give it to me if this KFC Location read my review. I need you to contact me immediately. I want my money back I don’t care if they’re just cents that’s my money. I can’t believe this is unbelievable. This is the only KFC that has issues like this. I hate it horrible she needs to get fired immediately.

The food is decent, but make sure you don’t order within 2 hours of closing if you want your order on time. Apparently they tend to shut off the equipment really early.

Workers are too high to pay attention. Forgot to give me half my order.

The food was fresh and good .the service was great too

Too expensive to get 3 Drum sticks. Their menu forces thighs too much and they are not cooked very well. Skin is loose and not crispy. Fries have something on them like corn meal and not very good. I am not going back as I have a difficult time getting what I want and I hate thighs.
