KFC

I go through the drive thru and order a number 9. And an 8 piece meal. When I get home. Open the bags of food and the bucket of chicken. The fries only had 12 fries in the box and none at the bottom of the bag. The chicken was so old and greasy from my 8 piece meal. I called the store and talked to the manager. Of course he wanted to give me a discount on my next order. I told him to keep his discount. I won’t be coming back. And asked if he would be happy spending his money for old food. And he called me disrespectful. I spent 50.00 there. Never again.

If I could give then negative stars I would, food is mid at best and 73 DOLLARS for a 8pc tender meal and 12 pc meal is insanity. Maybe rolled in gold.

I would have gave 4 star but my husband ordered dark meat and got breast white meat

Quick location off the freeway and great service

Very unsatisfied with the food. Ordered family Chicken meal. Chicken was very soggy. The mashed potatoes and gravy were in a little container with maybe 3 Tbsp mashed potatoes. The corn was dry and the coleslaw was dry and the little plastic containers. Alot smaller than they used to be. I will definitely never eat at KFC again. Very disappointed

Short staffed. My KFC app said our order was ready, and when we got there, it was not. I had to wait an additional 15 more min.
